
Rental Policy
At Prime Upstate Rentals, LLC we work hard to ensure our company policies are fair, clear and transparent. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for below, please don’t hesitate to get in touch so we can help you further.
A signed rental agreement is required prior to pick up and/or delivery of any rental items and/or
services being rendered. Also, please note that proper identification (the customer's driver's
license or ID) will be required when picking up any and all rentals. There is a 50% deposit
required at the time of booking for all rentals that exceed $100 in value

Prime Upstate Rentals, LLC agrees to rent to the customer the items described in detail in the
rental items list.

Payment will be made to the Business via cash, check, an approved payment card, or by any
other payment method determined by the Business.
Rental Fees
The customer agrees to pay Prime Upstate Rentals the rental fees specified in the Rental Items
List, along with any applicable delivery charges or other charges stated in the Rental Items List.
Rental Fees are for the time the Rental Items are reserved or out and away from Company’s
possession, regardless of whether the Rental Items are actually used by Renter. No refunds will
be given for unused Rental Items. (If Prime Upstate Rentals is holding an item for a customer, we
will not rent it to anyone else.)
Return of Items
The customer agrees to scrape and thoroughly rinse food-related rental Items (such as plates,
serving dishes, cake pedestals, glassware, etc.) of all food debris and grease following the Event
prior to boxing or re-packaging the rental Items. The customer also agrees to return all other
Rental Items, such as centrepieces, votives, lanterns, and any other rental items, in clean
condition. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee to be determined at Prime Upstate
Rental's sole discretion depending on the extent of cleaning required, but equal to no more than
the full rental rate of the item. The customer will be responsible for any damage or loss to the
rented items.
Failure to return items
If a customer fails to return all rental items by the agreed upon time, the customer agrees to pay
for any fees subject to a late return up to the full retail cost of the rental. Prime Upstate Rentals
and its agents may take any and all reasonable actions in order to recover rented items, without
prior notice or legal process.
